Bonding

Bonding is a process used to correct teeth that may be chipped, broken, discolored, suffering decay and also to close existing gaps. 

The bonding process begins with your dentist choosing a shade of color that matches that tooth’s enamel.  Once your color has been selected the bonding material, which is the same material used for cosmetic fillings, is applied to the desired area.  Next it’s shaped, hardened and polished.  Bonding is a less permanent and less expensive method to correct an area of concern as opposed to veneers.
